To be in love....when you are broke!

Love is blind..and also deaf and dumb and just because you have only pennies in your pocket doesn't mean that cupid is going to spare you. Read on for some tips on how to win over your lady's heart without losing too much of the green dough.

As someone wise once said, “love is blind” and that might be the reason why we never bother to check our pockets before building dreams about happily ever after. Even Cupid is least bothered with your bank balance when aiming that arrow of love towards your unsuspecting heart. Wish he would do that though, life would become much easier if things came at the right time, to the right people and at the right place.

But if you are broke and still in the throes of that mystifying, ethereal, feeling called love; and want to woo and impress your loved one, despair not, there are various means to do so. And all without losing sleep over where the next meal is coming from. So if you are a guy on a low budget, tighten the wallet strings and read on.

4 tips to keep the romance alive

After the initial glow of a relationship wears off, we tend to think of it like an automated machine which will run on its own. It is a well known fact that we take our loved ones for granted and expect them to understand us and keep the relationship going without making any effort.

A relationship is like planting a tree, we plant the sapling, put some manure and soil; and water it regularly. But if we forget to water it or check the growth of weeds and insects; the plant dies off. The same is with any relationship, forging a bond is one thing and keeping it alive is another. If you have neglected to cherish it and it has started to dry, maybe you still have a chance to save it.

Some easy topics for a first date

We have all struggled to think of some fascinating conversation topics for our first dates, especially if we haven't been out on many dates. It is difficult to get a first date these days and to get them interested enough to come on a second one, is really something. Going on a first date is nerve-wracking enough, without the added burden of trying to appear smart and interesting.  Besides, there are many topics which are literally taboo during the first date and should not be touched even with a barge pole, that is, if we want a second date to manifest. Trying to avoid some subjects and trying to come up with the right ones can prove to be tough on the nerves.

Some of us would really appreciate a manual to help us out at this juncture; where we don’t have to rack our brains trying to think of subjects to keep our dates hooked and mesmerized. Although not as good as a manual, however, here are some conversation starters to help you out in your first dates. And no need to worry if you don’t have a date yet, keeping a few of these things in mind will come in handy in getting one soon.

Yes, it might seem strange but good looks actually take a back seat when a woman is looking for a partner. His values and behavior are what will take a guy ahead in a romantic relationship. And once you win over your lady love, there is no reason to lose your charm and romantic allure with her. Just because she has been enamored does not mean that she does not deserve your gallantry and romantic gestures anymore.
